萬里漁港位瑪鋉溪口右側，由於瑪鋉溪上游水源多被水廠汲取後，流量減少溪水淤積，使得本港區常受河流漂砂影響，港口常遭淤積，需經常疏浚耗費不貲，萬里漁港現多小型沿近海漁業及海釣船為主。

台灣地區第二期漁港建設方案』繼續辦理延建防波堤23公尺、海堤340 公尺、消波堤74公尺、護岸136公尺，碎波堤兼碼頭54公尺、碼頭505公尺、泊地浚渫至-3.5m可供100噸級漁船使用，本港建設完成後，可以發展觀光事業，未來如能配合觀光，發展觀光漁業，本區將更為繁榮。
