Mimosa Hall & Gardens - 3 of 3

The attic of this nine-acre antebellum estate located in Roswell, Georgia. The 6,308 square-foot home has four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Originally built in 1841, it burned to the ground and was rebuilt in 1846 with brick walls. In August 2017 it was sold to the City of Roswell for $2.95 Million. It is NOT open to the public yet.
