The Raspberry Valley is a neighborhood located in the south of Sofia, away from the city noise and close to the American College complex in Sofia. It is located west of Mladost-4, to the south it borders the Ring Road. Through the neighborhood passes Blvd. Kliment Ohridski ”, with many warehouses, small production facilities and office buildings on both sides near the Darvenitsa district. To the south of the National Sports Academy complex there are 9 streets with many new luxury houses, as well as vacant plots. Raspberry Valley is one of the most expensive neighborhoods in Sofia.
