The monument symbolizes the strengthening of friendship between Ukraine and Russia. 

   Is in the form of a stylized sea link, which is only delayed when trying to tear it up. 

At the monument installed plaque with the words of the mayor Oleg Osadchy: 

  "To strengthen the friendship between Russia and Ukraine - a legacy of our ancestors and descendants mandate!"
