The image is taken at the "Aleko" ski center "square" near the Mountain Rescue Service and "Aleko" hut. It is early in the morning, the ski runs have been prepared and waiting for the first ski enthusiasts. The Mountain Rescue Service (MRS) is a specialized organization which is part of the Bulgarian Red Cross (BRC) and operates under the law of BRC (27/09/1995), the Regulations of the Red Cross and Rules of Procedure of the MRS.
