The National Park Isla de Cabra is located in the western side of the San Juan’s bay and its access is through Palo Seco in Toa Baja. This small island has an impressive view of “El Castillo del Morro” and the San Juan’s bay. In the island you will find “El Cañuelo”, a fortification similar to the “El Morro”, but smaller, that protected part of the bay.
