辽东学院图书馆位于辽宁省属普通高等学校辽东学院校内。 辽东学院图书馆由南校区主馆、北校区第一分馆、北校区第二分馆三个部分组成，下设办公室、资源发展部、资源建设部、自动化研究部、网络化服务部、借阅部、信息咨询部、学科服务部、教育培训部、后勤服务部10个部门；现有藏书111万册，报刊合订本8万册，中外文报刊近两千种，各类光盘3千多张，馆藏文献包括经济、管理、教育、文学、外语、服装、艺术、旅游等理、工、农、医九个学科门类，韩国语文献是本馆的特色馆藏。
